What you will be doing

  • Overseeing everyday campus operations, including fire safety, staff onboarding, and maintaining a smooth learning environment.
  • Addressing tech challenges: resolving issues, managing device setups, and being the primary tech resource.
  • Designing professional event spaces and ensuring events run smoothly.
  • Building trust through effective communication and exceptional service with students, parents, and staff.
  • Implementing safety protocols, drills, and security measures to ensure campus safety.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating or teaching academic content—your focus is operational excellence.
  • Adhering to inflexible processes or waiting for others to act—this role demands proactive initiative.
  • Working in isolation—success here is achieved through collaboration and community involvement.
  • Engaging in monotonous or repetitive tasks—expect variety and meaningful challenges.

Ensure smooth campus operations while fostering trust and providing outstanding service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage operations confidently.
  • Knowledge of IT systems or tech support, or a willingness to learn.
  • Background in customer-facing roles.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in spoken Spanish and English.
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive initiative.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to be present on-site in Miami, FL.
