As our Principal Software Architect, you'll be the driving force behind this transformation. You'll act as the CTO for our products, making critical technical decisions that impact millions of users. You'll balance the challenges of modernizing legacy systems while delivering immediate business value, all through the lens of AI-powered innovation.

What you will be doing

  • Leverage your deep product expertise to guide strategic decisions that shape the future of enterprise software
  • Craft technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long-term viability, making sound decisions that drive product evolution
  • Spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge generative AI technologies, automating and streamlining engineering processes to align with our vision of reduced manual labor and increased innovation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engage in traditional people management—your role demands business and technical acumen, not just leadership skills
  • Waste time in endless meetings or bureaucratic processes—we've automated management overhead to keep you focused on creating tangible business value
  • Develop high-level strategies without practical implementation plans—your recommendations must be grounded in product-level insights and executable actions

Key responsibilities

Transform legacy software systems into modern, AI-driven powerhouses by owning core competencies, optimizing costs, enhancing automation, and driving business value through strategic decision-making and flawless execution.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years of experience making critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including application of architecture design patterns and significant open source technologies
  • 2+ years of experience making design decisions involving cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
  • 4+ years in positions with full technical and delivery ownership on revenue-generating products
  • Proven track record of building product features that leverage advanced Generative AI capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in using Generative AI to simplify and optimize work processes
