This role is a 100%-remote, work-from-anywhere position.
What you will be doing
- Create and maintain strategic and visionary product roadmaps.
- Be an internal and external ambassador & subject matter expert on your products, collaborating with stakeholders to define product positioning and articulate business value.
- Conduct discovery and research with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to generate insights that drive current and future product innovation.
- Support the product team during development, working closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment with strategic product goals.
- Leverage data to define key product performance metrics and lead the delivery of improvements targeted at efficiency, adoption, and revenue growth.

Candidate requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management roles for SaaS products.
- Experience working with customers, sales, and marketing teams to define product strategy and roadmaps for successful B2B cloud products.
- Must be based in a location where the standard work hours have at least a 4-hour overlap with US Eastern Standard Time work hours.
Nice to have
- Experience managing Professional Service Automation, Project Management, or Financial products.
