- Preparation of Level of Effort documentation
- Designing of complex use cases within our implementation standards
- Mentoring Technical Analysts on work units against all quality standards
- Driving Internal Project Team status meetings
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for delivering project work within our predefined high-quality standards. This will include end-to-end accountability for:
- Project Design
- Implementation
- Documentation
- Testing
- Post-production Support
- Customer Satisfaction
What you will NOT be doing
You will not be delivering out of the box, pre-configured solutions to customers
Key responsibilities
- Thoroughly document solutions
- Mentor resources to understand project deliverables and providing guidance on best practices.
- Serve as the primary resource ensuring project is completed successfully and within scope
- Deliver solutions according to our highly-efficient, ever-evolving development model
- Proactively identify and address project blockers within the work unit scope
Candidate requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field, applicable technical certifications, and/or relevant experience.
- At least 5 years experience working with customers in a consulting role in a B2B ERP software company with a proven history of delivered project work.
- Must be flexible to adapt to client schedules dependent on client's time zone.
