What you will be doing
- Craft and maintain live, AI-powered dashboards for over 25 initiatives, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and adherence to timelines.
- Lead vendor check-ins, develop rubric-based scorecards, and extract insights that influence scope adjustments, reallocations, or vendor offboarding.
- Design dual-bid procurement packages with structured comparisons and precise scopes to aid vendor selection.
- Monitor contract and invoice integrity, ensuring every dollar is accounted for and aligns with deliverables, caps, and signed agreements.
- Leverage AI tools daily to identify anomalies, draft reports, chase updates, and enhance all outputs.

- Participating in meetings while initiatives lag unnoticed.
- Delegating AI tasks to others or waiting for tool updates.
- Overlooking billing discrepancies or vendor performance issues.
- Creating status updates that fail to influence decisions or actions.
- Relying on intuition rather than evidence-backed, executive-ready outputs.
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Proven track record in managing a multi-initiative program or portfolio ($5M+ scope) with direct vendor engagement.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, or tracking systems relied upon by executives.
- Proficiency in conducting vendor check-ins, drafting bid packages, and supporting contract cycles.
- Strong understanding of contracts, SOWs, and invoices, with the ability to detect and flag misalignments.
- Exceptional written communication skills that lead to decisive actions.
- Regular use of AI tools to automate, analyze, and expedite delivery.
- Located in the US, willing to travel domestically up to 25%, and eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Background in EdTech, consulting, or dynamic operational roles.
- Knowledge of tools like Linear, Notion, Jira, or custom AI dashboards.
- Experience with vendor scorecards or large-scale procurement processes.
