What you will be doing

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting using AI tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Use AI to improve vendor relations processes, including evaluating and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring vendor performance to achieve cost savings and service excellence.
  • Streamline processes around repeatable operational requests from channel partners with AI tools.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Solely focusing on manual data analysis and report generation; you'll leverage AI to transform these tasks into automated processes.
  • Spending hours navigating old-fashioned software interfaces; our focus is on using cutting-edge AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Support the development and refinement of AI-driven tools that automate tasks and streamline workflows to improve IgniteTech’s financial service offerings.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient.
  • Professional finance experience and proficiency in financial analysis.
