Inspired by athletes using fitbits to fine-tune their fitness, we’ve developed a tool called ‘WorkSmart’ to increase focus and gamify productivity. For every 10 minutes of active work, a timecard is generated which includes a screenshot and webcam photo. This can then be used both personally and in coaching as a data-driven solution to improve productivity over time.
