What you will be doing
Your Mission as Performance Coach:
- Elevate our Guide Team: Provide personalized, impactful coaching that transforms good educators into exceptional ones. Your guidance will directly enhance student achievement and enjoyment.
- Create Success Blueprints: Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline winning strategies for facilitation, innovative learning activities, and effective problem-solving approaches.
- Ignite Student Potential: Take charge of a select group of students, using your expertise to transform even the most hesitant learners into high achievers who love learning.
What you will NOT be doing
What's Not in Your Playbook:
- Traditional Lesson Planning: Your focus is on the bigger picture. While Guides manage daily learning through adaptive apps, you'll be their mentor, showing them how to elevate their facilitation game and create engaging enrichment experiences.
- Compromising Excellence: Whether it's maintaining our 100% passing standard or supporting a 6th grader's journey into college-level courses, you'll be our guardian of high standards.
- Conventional Training Sessions: Forget mundane presentations! Your coaching style will exemplify the energy, enthusiasm, and expert facilitation we expect from our Guides.

- Proven track record in coaching teams to achieve exceptional performance metrics

- Commitment to working on-site in Austin, Texas
