As our Instructional Designer, you'll be the mastermind behind an AI-powered learning ecosystem that's making traditional classrooms obsolete. You'll harness cutting-edge technology and learning science to create personalized educational journeys that adapt, evolve, and inspire.

Think of yourself as part data scientist, part learning architect, and part student advocate. You'll analyze learning patterns, design breakthrough solutions, and work directly with students to ensure our platform doesn't just meet expectations – it shatters them.

What you will be doing

Your mission will encompass:

  • Crafting and refining a revolutionary AI learning ecosystem that consistently delivers superior results compared to traditional education methods
  • Conducting virtual student engagement sessions to gather authentic feedback and transform it into actionable platform improvements
  • Leveraging advanced analytics to uncover learning patterns and design AI-powered interventions that accelerate student growth
  • Spearheading data-driven experiments that push the boundaries of digital education
  • Collaborating with our technical teams to seamlessly integrate pedagogical innovations into our platform

  • Creating digital versions of traditional classroom experiences – we're building something entirely new
  • Working in an ivory tower – you'll be directly connected to our students and their learning journeys

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to revolutionize education through AI-powered, teacher-free learning experiences. You'll blend sophisticated data analytics with direct student feedback to continuously enhance our learning platform, with success measured through concrete metrics like AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth across our network of campuses.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Psychology, Instructional Design, Psychometrics, or related discipline
  • Proven leadership track record in education or EdTech sectors
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing AI systems for educational applications
  • Deep understanding of learning science and data-informed educational methodologies
  • Excellence in translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong track record in cross-functional team leadership and project management
