As our Instructional Designer, you'll be the visionary architect behind our AI-powered learning ecosystem. You'll blend data-driven insights with direct student interaction to craft personalized learning experiences that consistently exceed expectations. Working across multiple campuses, you'll lead a dynamic team in pushing the boundaries of what's possible in education—all without traditional classroom teachers.

What you will be doing

  • Design and evolve an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable, superior results compared to traditional education
  • Connect virtually with students to gather firsthand insights and feedback for continuous platform enhancement
  • Leverage advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities to create data-driven academic interventions
  • Lead innovation initiatives and evidence-based improvements across multiple campuses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform educational insights into powerful product features

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating digital versions of traditional classroom experiences
  • Working in isolation from our student customers
  • Waiting for universal agreement before implementing positive changes
  • Following conventional educational methodologies
  • Treating AI as a threat rather than an opportunity for educational advancement

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the development and optimization of our teacher-less, AI-driven educational platform across multiple campuses. Success will be measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth, achieved through a combination of advanced analytics and direct student engagement.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Instructional Design, Psychology, Psychometrics, or related field
  • Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
  • Expertise in designing AI-driven systems for educational applications
  • Deep understanding of learning science and data-informed educational strategies
  • Excellence in communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Track record of successful cross-functional team leadership
