What you will be doing
- Analyzing intricate patterns within student learning data through AI, converting these discoveries into transformative strategies that redefine science instruction and comprehension.
- Developing AI-driven virtual laboratories and simulations that make abstract scientific principles tangible in ways that both engage and instruct students.
- Creating adaptive learning sequences that adjust dynamically, rendering complex scientific theories approachable and compelling for learners at every skill level.
- Partnering with an interdisciplinary team of educators, scientists, and AI specialists to expand the possibilities of science education, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.

What you will NOT be doing
- Overseeing conventional science curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of science instruction methods.
- Operating independently—you'll collaborate within a dynamic team advancing the application of AI in science education.
- Concentrating exclusively on theoretical frameworks—each AI model you create will tangibly influence how students grasp and utilize scientific concepts in practical contexts.
Key responsibilities
Lead quantifiable enhancements in student science learning performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, as evidenced by a 2x improvement in concept mastery velocity across diverse scientific disciplines (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience teaching science or developing science curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
