Master Storyteller Wanted: Transform Education Narratives Into Enrollments

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just disrupting education—we're redefining it. Our students learn twice as fast, master real-world skills, and actually enjoy school. This isn't marketing hyperbole; it's our measurable reality. We need a strategic content creator who can translate this educational revolution into compelling materials that drive enrollment decisions.

As our Content Creator, you'll craft the narratives that convert interest into action. You won't be sending requests to marketing and waiting for results—you'll be the direct force behind our enrollment-driving content, working alongside our Director of Admissions to ensure 2 Hour Learning appears exactly where and how it needs to. If you thrive on clear communication, measurable impact, and rapid execution, this is your opportunity to lead the conversation.

What you will be doing

  • Develop conversion-focused brochures, email campaigns, one-pagers, and information packets that systematically move parents through the enrollment journey
  • Strategically customize content for specific campuses, initiatives, and audience segments while maintaining brand integrity and messaging consistency
  • Collaborate directly with admissions teams, marketing specialists, and school leadership to integrate feedback and align messaging with organizational objectives
  • Own the entire content creation process—from concept to distribution-ready materials—in our fast-paced, results-oriented remote environment

What you will NOT be doing

  • Producing unmeasured content with no clear connection to enrollment metrics or organizational outcomes
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes that delay implementation and impact
  • Working in isolation from enrollment targets, conversion goals, or real-world feedback
  • Creating copy without ownership of the visual presentation, format decisions, or final deliverable quality

Key responsibilities

Drive measurable enrollment growth by creating persuasive, strategically aligned admissions content that compellingly communicates 2 Hour Learning's unique value proposition to prospective families.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in communications, marketing, or admissions with a portfolio showcasing persuasive, results-oriented content
  • Exceptional writing ability with a clear understanding of how to communicate effectively to U.S.-based family audiences
  • North America-based with consistent availability during U.S. business hours
  • Capacity to commit 20–30 hours weekly with reliable consistency
  • Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. K–12 education landscape and the factors driving parent decision-making
  • Demonstrated self-management skills in handling deadlines, content revisions, and remote stakeholder collaboration with minimal supervision

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with education-focused nonprofits, EdTech organizations, or innovative school models
  • Proficiency with Canva or comparable design tools to produce publication-ready content independently
  • Advanced competency with Google Workspace applications and Slack in a fully distributed work environment
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with marketing or enrollment teams to align content strategy with conversion goals
