Description

If you're the kind of communicator who wants more than a seat at the table—you want the mic—this is your role. You won't be pushing generic brochures from the sidelines. You'll be the person who creates them, customizes them, and gets them into the right hands to make real enrollment happen.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're rethinking everything about school. Our students love coming here. They learn twice as fast. They master real-life skills like public speaking and entrepreneurship. That's not a marketing tagline; it's a promise. As part of the Admissions team, your job is to help the world see that clearly and act on it.

This isn't a "send-it-to-marketing" kind of job. You'll be crafting conversion-ready content one day, then picking up the phone to schedule a partnership call or outreach session the next. You'll work directly with our Director of Admissions to make sure 2 Hour Learning shows up, visually, verbally, and logistically, exactly where it needs to be. If you love clear writing, fast decisions, and real results, you'll thrive here.

What you will be doing

  • Writing and customizing brochures, email templates, one-pagers, and info packets that move parents from interest to enrollment
  • Tailoring content for specific campuses, campaigns, and target audiences while maintaining brand consistency
  • Collaborating across admissions, marketing, and school leaders to incorporate feedback and align messaging
  • Managing deliverables end-to-end—from draft to stakeholder-ready—in a fast-paced, remote environment

What you will NOT be doing

  • Churning out content that disappears into a black hole with no metrics or feedback
  • Waiting for long approval chains before sending materials out the door
  • Operating in isolation from enrollment goals or real-world impact
  • Writing copy and handing it off without owning the visuals, layout, or format

Key responsibilities

Create persuasive, brand-aligned admissions content that drives increased enrollment by clearly communicating the value of 2 Hour Learning to prospective families.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years in communications, marketing, or admissions with a strong portfolio of persuasive, customer-facing content
  • Able to write clearly and compellingly for U.S.-based families
  • Based in North America and available during U.S. business hours
  • Able to commit 20–30 hours per week consistently
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. K–12 education and parent decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, content revisions, and remote stakeholder input with minimal hand-holding

Nice to have

  • Experience working with education-focused nonprofits, EdTech companies, or innovative school models
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools to produce well-designed, final-ready content
  • Comfort using Google Docs, Slides, and Slack in a fully remote environment
  • Past collaboration with marketing or enrollment teams to align content with campaign goals
