We require a technical operations leader who builds systems, writes API calls, and creates intelligent frameworks that transform educational delivery. Working directly with our founder, you'll drive the operational backbone of our expansion while maintaining our exceptional academic outcomes.

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement AI-driven operational frameworks that maintain our extraordinary educational outcomes while enabling rapid, sustainable growth
  • Develop real-time strategic intelligence systems that deliver actionable insights to leadership, identifying opportunities and preventing operational challenges
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives that integrate AI solutions across all business functions
  • Execute technical AI implementation—connecting systems, writing API calls, and automating complex operational processes
  • Build AI-enabled quality control mechanisms that ensure consistent delivery of our academic model as we scale across multiple locations

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing day-to-day campus operations—your focus remains on strategic systems and scalable automation
  • Overseeing curriculum development or educational staff—this role centers on operational excellence, not educational content
  • Proposing theoretical AI applications without technical implementation—we require hands-on execution, not conceptual strategies
  • Maintaining established processes—this high-growth environment demands continuous innovation and operational evolution

Key responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered operational frameworks and automated systems that enable scalable growth and consistent delivery of 2 Hour Learning's academic model while providing actionable, data-driven strategic insights to the founder.

Candidate requirements

  • 10+ years of operational leadership experience scaling multi-location businesses (education or high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare)
  • Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical AI implementation—must pass a rigorous assessment involving business process automation using AI
  • Proven track record converting operational processes into AI-driven systems with technical implementation expertise (coding, API integrations, automation)
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional operational portfolios with demonstrable strategic transformation results
  • History of developing and presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights
  • Based in the United States with willingness to travel 30% of time to campus locations
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
