What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing a strategic sales roadmap aimed at US education providers.
  • Forging and nurturing strategic alliances with prominent educational institutions.
  • Leading initiatives to boost user engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhancing your personal brand through public speaking, publishing, and thought leadership in the realms of education and AI.
  • Guiding and empowering the sales team to meet and exceed growth objectives.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Concentrating solely on internal operations and team oversight.
  • Managing traditional school operations or curriculum development.
  • Engaging in monotonous cold calls or high-pressure sales methods.
  • Assuming a purely advisory role without active participation in sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

Steer the strategic development and execution of initiatives to propel user engagement and sales of AI-driven educational products, including LMS, PI, and other solutions, within the US education sector.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market penetration in the US education sector, including the development or sale of an EdTech product generating at least $10M in revenue.
  • Established connections with key decision-makers in US school districts and state education departments.
  • Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools to achieve measurable productivity or product enhancements.
  • Capability to cultivate and engage a social media audience.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Currently residing in the US and open to travel for public engagements.
  • Authorized to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.
