What you will be doing

  • Spearheading the evolution of our diverse, consumer-centric educational product portfolio
  • Crafting an immersive end-to-end customer journey for parents, teachers, and students
  • Architecting and implementing strategies to skyrocket product adoption among individual consumers through digital channels, community building, and influencer collaborations
  • Masterminding marketing and sales campaigns tailored for consumer audiences, wielding data-driven insights and AI tools to maximize impact
  • Embodying the company's vision as its public persona, cultivating thought leadership and trust within the education ecosystem
  • Pioneering AI-powered educational solutions that resonate with modern learners and deliver quantifiable results
  • Nurturing and expanding a high-caliber team in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in direct sales to educational institutions, school districts, or education boards
  • Falling back on antiquated sales techniques that fail to resonate in today's consumer-driven marketplace
  • Creating products in isolation, without direct input from end-users including parents, teachers, and students
  • Operating within inflexible, bureaucratic frameworks or prioritizing institutional processes over individual consumer needs

Key responsibilities

  • Catapulting annual revenue to $10M+ across our suite of consumer-facing education products
  • Cultivating a robust social media presence to establish yourself as an influential thought leader in education
  • Harnessing generative AI to enhance customer engagement, elevate user experiences, and refine marketing strategies
  • Scaling direct-to-consumer education initiatives with demonstrable success in customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty

Candidate requirements

  • A proven track record in selling education products or services directly to consumers (parents, teachers, or students)
  • Demonstrated success in scaling consumer education products to $10M+ in annual revenue
  • Mastery of digital marketing, including the strategic use of AI tools and customer analytics to drive sales and engagement
  • Profound understanding of consumer behavior in education markets, with a knack for building trust and loyalty among individual customers
  • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
  • Current US residency with willingness to travel for public engagements
  • Eligibility to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship
