Your proven prowess in marketing EdTech solutions to US school districts and education departments is vital for success.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing a strategic sales blueprint aimed at US educational providers.
  • Forging and nurturing strategic alliances with pivotal educational institutions.
  • Championing initiatives to boost user engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Establishing a personal brand through public engagements, publications, and thought leadership in education and AI.
  • Guiding and expanding the sales team to meet ambitious growth objectives.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Concentrating solely on internal operations and team oversight.
  • Handling traditional school management or curriculum planning.
  • Engaging in monotonous cold calling or aggressive sales tactics.
  • Assuming a purely advisory role without active sales leadership involvement.

Key responsibilities

Steer the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to propel user engagement and sales of AI-driven educational products, including LMS, PI, and other solutions, within the US educational sector.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrable success in driving sales growth and market penetration in the US educational arena, including developing or marketing an EdTech product generating at least $10M in revenue.
  • Well-established connections with decision-makers in US school districts and state education departments.
  • Experience with generative AI tools to deliver measurable productivity or product enhancements.
  • Ability to cultivate and engage a social media audience.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-achieving sales teams.
  • Currently residing in the US and willing to travel for public engagements.
  • Authorized to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.
