Head of Facilities Management   $400,000 USD/year

Description

Are you poised to set a new benchmark in operational brilliance with AI? At 2 Hour Learning, we're revolutionizing K-12 education, achieving an impressive 2.6x academic growth in just two-hour sessions. Our mission is to harness AI to scale this innovative model while delivering exceptional student results. This isn't just about streamlining processes—it's about setting a new educational standard.

We seek a strategic mastermind who can transform intricate processes through AI-first innovations. Not just an AI user, but a technical visionary capable of executing—integrating systems, managing API interactions, and crafting intelligent frameworks that yield strategic insights.

Collaborate directly with the founder, steering strategic initiatives and taking charge of operational frameworks that fuel our expansion. This role demands an unwavering commitment to excellence and the ability to excel in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.

If you're prepared to spearhead the operational AI movement and possess the strategic foresight to scale a groundbreaking educational model, this is your chance to leave a significant mark.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting AI-Driven Systems: Develop and deploy AI-powered operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and sustain outstanding educational results on a large scale.
  • Strategic Insight Generation: Use AI tools to provide the founder with immediate strategic insights, uncover growth opportunities, and preemptively address risks.
  • Leadership Across Functions: Oversee extensive, cross-functional operational portfolios to ensure smooth AI solution integration throughout the organization.
  • Hands-On AI Execution: Apply technical expertise to integrate systems, execute API commands, and automate complex tasks—delegation of technical work is not an option.
  • Championing Operational Excellence: Establish AI-enabled quality assurance systems to guarantee consistent delivery of our academic model across various sites.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Campus Operations Management: Your focus remains on strategic scaling and automation, not on handling daily campus operations.
  • Curriculum or Staff Management: This position is centered on operational mastery, not on educational content or staff supervision.
  • Theoretical Strategy Without Execution: We require tangible, technical AI applications—not just strategic concepts or theoretical ideas.
  • Maintaining the Status Quo: Complacency has no place here—this is a high-growth, high-demand role that requires relentless innovation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI-driven operational frameworks and automated systems that facilitate scalable expansion and consistent implementation of 2 Hour Learning’s educational model while providing the founder with actionable, data-informed strategic insights.

Candidate requirements

  • 10+ years in operational leadership, scaling multi-location enterprises (education, luxury retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
  • Experience with a leading management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • Expertise in practical and technical AI tool usage; must pass a comprehensive assessment focused on AI-driven business process automation.
  • Proven ability to transform operational processes into AI-based systems with technical execution (coding, API integration, automation).
  • Success in managing extensive, cross-functional operational portfolios, driving strategic change, and achieving significant business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Located in the United States and open to 30% travel to campus sites.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
