Are you a natural communicator with a passion for transforming education? Alpha Schools is seeking talented individuals to join our admissions team in Austin, Texas. You'll be the bridge between prospective parents and Alpha, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions about their child's educational journey.

Our Guides motivate, inspire, and encourage students to achieve challenging academic goals while enjoying their time at school. Our approach enables our students to learn twice as much as they would in a traditional school, while discovering their strengths and acquiring essential life skills.

Your primary focus will be ensuring a smooth enrollment and onboarding process for prospective students. You'll manage tour logistics, schedule shadow days, and train a group of students to serve as Alpha Ambassadors. You'll also address parents' questions and concerns, providing clear and factual information about the admissions process and our program, utilizing our knowledge base.

What you will be doing

  • Answering parent questions via phone calls and emails, building our knowledge base
  • Equipping Alpha Ambassadors to lead campus tours
  • Managing logistics for tours and shadow days, paying attention to the smallest details, and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Inputting data to Salesforce to maintain clear records for each potential student & family
  • Writing manuals and operating procedures so your systems can be scaled to new campuses

Candidate requirements

  • A passion for transforming K-12 education
  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or sales
  • The ability to communicate effectively with parents and students, both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to work on-site at our Austin, Texas campus
  • Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
