As part of our admissions team, you will play a key role in supporting families as they explore our innovative education model. From responding to inquiries to managing campus tours, you’ll be the one who keeps everything running seamlessly.
This role is about execution and organization. You’ll focus on logistics, data management, and ambassador training while supporting the admissions process with precision and care.

What you will be doing
- Responding to parent inquiries by phone and email with accurate, timely information
- Training and supporting student ambassadors to represent our program during campus tours
- Coordinating logistics for tours and shadow days with close attention to detail
- Maintaining up-to-date admissions records in our CRM & SIS systems
- Contribute to manuals and processes that can scale to future campuses
What you will NOT be doing
- Designing or leading the admissions strategy
- Managing a team or overseeing multiple campuses
- Handling curriculum development or student instruction

Candidate requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer support or sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
- Background in admissions, education, or fast-paced environments
