What you will be doing

  • Level Up Sessions: Dive into the world of eSports with 5-8th grade students in interactive sessions that enhance their gaming skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork, setting them on a path to academic excellence.
  • Upholding High Standards: You will be the standard-bearer for both academic and eSports sessions, helping students embrace a high-performance culture.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional Teaching: Say goodbye to tedious lectures and mundane classroom routines. At eSports Academy, students thrive through hands-on experiences and interactive gaming.
  • One-Size-Fits-All Approach: We're not about cookie-cutter education. We recognize each student's unique strengths and tailor our motivational approaches accordingly.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject
  • Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)
  • High level of energy and a desire to boost others up 
  • Proven experience coaching, mentoring, or tutoring youth to achieve ambitious goals
  • A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate 5-8th grade students
  • A passion for eSports, video gaming, technology, or computer science
  • Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX
