What you will be doing

  • Engaging families in high-impact, insightful conversations to communicate gt.school's offerings and drive student enrollment
  • Designing a comprehensive sales playbook that covers all core processes, setting the stage for scalable success
  • Refining sales strategies using a data-driven approach, drawing on in-depth insights and analytics to enhance effectiveness

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on aggressive sales tactics to oversell, or resorting to unnecessary hype
  • Wasting time on tasks unrelated to direct sales outcomes, such as administrative duties

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from a top 20 university in the US
  • Located within the US
  • Able to work afternoon and evening hours up to 7-8 PM PST, and potentially early mornings around 7-9 AM PST
  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS or B2C technology sales with a demonstrated track record of high performance
  • Experience leading or scaling a sales team
  • Stellar communication skills
