Families who enroll at Alpha rarely find us through advertising. They come because someone they trust—sitting across a dinner table—told them, "This made a difference for our child." You will own that word-of-mouth system for an entire region: the gatherings, the parent champions, the relationship with the mayor's office, the CEO who provides a 14-year-old with their first meaningful project.
Your typical week involves four distinct environments. You create and execute the regional event calendar, ranging from 150-person open houses to eight-person curated dinners, running several each month. You identify and train current parents eager to share their experiences with prospective families, then broker one-to-one connections. You cultivate ties with municipal leaders and corporate executives, converting them into event venues, allies for campus expansions, and tangible pathways for students. And you fulfill the Alpha Networks promise: brokered introductions, expert-led masterclasses, internship placements, alumni integration, tracked meticulously family by family.
No complete playbook exists. You develop it in real time, and the frameworks you create become templates for colleagues building identical engines in other markets. As your region expands, the challenge intensifies: doors opened per family must increase even as total enrollment grows. Success is measured by the proportion of growth attributable to personal endorsements, evaluated over years rather than quarters.
No degree is mandatory, and no specific background is preferred. An MBA, a career in consulting or wealth management, and a self-directed path in community building, hospitality, or institutional advancement all carry equal weight. What matters is a demonstrated history of convening people and converting relationships into outcomes.
This position is based on-site in one of these regions: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Greenwich, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dorado, Nashville, or Park City. The role includes evening and weekend events with high-expectation parents, elected officials, and entrepreneurs, plus frequent local travel. You will become the most networked individual in your city, and you will invest that capital in students. If that exchange feels purposeful rather than burdensome, apply.
Drive people-driven referrals as the primary source of enrollment growth in your region.
