This role is for professionals who expect education to operate with speed, precision, and clear accountability.
2 Hour Learning condenses the content traditionally delivered over a full school day into concentrated, results-driven learning sessions. Success in this model depends on academic decisions that are accurate, timely, and completely owned. This position exists to deliver that: convert complex student data into actionable insights and combine them with direct, trust-based coaching that eliminates obstacles quickly.
You will operate where data analysis meets personal connection. In one instance, you'll be reviewing performance metrics to identify early warning signs and support placement decisions with evidence-based logic. In another, you'll work directly with a student, diagnosing misunderstandings on the spot and guiding them forward before minor challenges escalate into meaningful setbacks. This is not a passive observation role. You hold accountability for results.
This position is structured for individuals who want immediate visibility into their impact. If you value ownership, enjoy working face-to-face with students, and are motivated by enabling children to learn twice as efficiently through sharper decisions, this environment will suit you.
Submit your application if you want your contributions to show results within days, not months.
Provide precise, timely academic analysis and direct student interventions that demonstrably improve learning velocity for your assigned student groups.
