2 Hour Learning compresses traditional full-day instruction into concentrated, high-impact learning sessions. Success depends on academic decisions that are accurate, timely, and fully owned. This role is built to deliver that: transform raw student data into actionable insights and combine them with direct, trust-based coaching that eliminates obstacles quickly.
You will operate at the crossroads of analysis and interpersonal engagement. In one moment, you'll be reviewing performance metrics to identify risk early and support placements with sound rationale. In the next, you'll be working directly with a student, diagnosing confusion on the spot and helping them progress before minor issues escalate into meaningful setbacks. This is an active, accountable position—not one of passive observation.

What you will be doing
- Review student performance metrics to generate clear, actionable academic reports that enable prompt interventions
- Take full accountability for academic outcomes within your assigned student cohort, including decisions on placement, testing, and follow-through
- Lead focused academic recovery sessions that pinpoint root causes and eliminate learning obstacles in real time
- Facilitate post-assessment coaching to distinguish conceptual gaps from careless errors and assign precise corrective actions
- Work closely with academic leadership and parent support teams to flag emerging risks and refine tools or workflows
What you will NOT be doing
- Producing reports that remain unused or unactioned
- Operating exclusively in the background without direct student contact
- Delegating academic accountability to teachers, tutors, or families
- Delivering generic tutoring without targeted diagnostic intent
- Allowing weeks to pass before addressing developing student challenges
Key responsibilities
Provide precise, timely academic analysis and direct student interventions that demonstrably improve learning outcomes for your assigned student groups.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a coaching, instructional, or training capacity with documented results or feedback
- At least 1 year of sustained, hands-on work with K–8 students (sporadic tutoring does not meet this standard)
- Proven background in data science, education, EdTech, or student support roles that integrate analytical and interpersonal responsibilities
- Fluency in both spoken and written Ukrainian and English
- Advanced skill in Google Sheets, including use of lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charting functions
- High emotional intelligence and the capacity to establish trust rapidly with students and parents
- Documented use of AI tools to analyze data or streamline workflows, with measurable improvements in efficiency
