That is your mandate.
You will lead the complete admissions process for a campus location, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through final enrollment. This is not a role with handoffs. You are accountable for the family's experience with our organization, the clarity with which they grasp the educational model, and the integrity of enrollment decisions. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive dialogue, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, senior-level executive assistance, exclusive membership institutions, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly overseen high-stakes client relationships from inception to completion. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring for Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, and San Francisco. Assistance with relocation is provided.
