Learning Recovery Specialist   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine a learning model where children complete a full academic day in two highly concentrated hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics. That's the 2-Hour Learning framework at the heart of Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while advancing it into the future.

From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert vast streams of AI-generated performance insights into precise, prompt interventions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. Whenever a student encounters an obstacle, you'll step in with a live coaching session, clear the roadblock immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze deep channels of student performance information, identifying concealed patterns that release children's complete potential and engineering next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

Parents observe rising self-assurance, students accelerate their learning pace twofold, and you witness the tangible results of every analysis you deliver, every AI process you streamline, and every inquiry you pose. Prepared to transform data into propulsion for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, highlight anomalies, and initiate resolutions within 48 hours
  • Delivering fast-response "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to clear blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and resources while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address specific obstacles
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor progresses

What you will NOT be doing

  • Enduring lengthy meetings or producing generic presentation decks disconnected from measurable results
  • Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working exclusively in high-level planning without execution or becoming mired in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and agile

Key responsibilities

Advance student learning outcomes through AI-powered evaluation and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year in a role involving coaching, training, or instruction
  • At least 1 year directly and repeatedly supporting K-8 students through recurring one-to-one or small-group academic coaching focused on learning habits, motivation, self-direction, test behavior, or executive-function routines; whole-class teaching alone is not sufficient
  • At least 1 year in a role that combined hands-on data analysis with direct student or learner support
  • At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts, or similar functions
  • At least 6 months using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in professional workflows to produce real work outcomes, not only casual search or writing polish
  • Available to work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
