You deliver complete customer solutions, not isolated features that may never see production. You thrive in the challenging middle ground: ambiguous requirements, complex APIs, structured content, authentication flows, migration scripts, and the critical moment when a customer can execute their workflow from start to finish. If you prefer clearly defined tickets with minimal customer interaction, this role is not the right match.
Quark enables enterprise teams to manage sophisticated content workflows. In this position, you will transform customer requirements into dependable implementations on the Quark platform: configurations, REST API integrations, webhooks, SSO/SAML connections, XML/XSLT transforms, migrations, and workflow automations. The work is technical, customer-engaged, and results-oriented. A polished demo is insufficient. The solution must function under real-world conditions, pass validation against acceptance criteria, and be documented clearly enough for others to maintain.
AI is integrated into how you accomplish the work. You will leverage tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate delivery, and you will develop practical AI agents, Skill files, or similar automation assets that eliminate repetitive tasks. Over time, your contribution evolves from executing individual implementations to establishing reusable delivery frameworks that make subsequent customer deployments faster and more dependable.
If you seek hands-on integration work where AI, structured content, and customer outcomes converge, apply now.
