You will have experience exploring proof of concepts for blockchain within financial services and will have an understanding of the technology pain points for banks and where the blockchain can be applied. Commercial experience in use of blockchain technology and a great Java background
A good understanding of emerging blockchain technologies combined with your deep knowledge of designing and scaling high-concurrency and high-availability cloud based and/or on-prem platforms
Leveraging your broad technology capability set and maintain a level of excitement in using various technologies to architect, develop, and iteratively deploy real enterprise class software.
Collaboratively design blockchain architecture
Achieving an expert level understanding of our customers’ environments and their use of our products.
Stay on the forefront of the latest technology stacks, while balancing delivery and engineering excellence values.
Architecting and leading weekly technical delivery of one or more products in a way that maintains an unyielding focus on quality while matching the needs of the target customer base.
Creating blockchain solutions architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer's enterprise/global requirements
Potentially leading a small team of Software Engineers to apply software engineering practices and implement automations across all elements of solution delivery
Manage accountability of team members, with pinpoint focus on quality; Personally accountable for resolution of the most technically challenging issues
