Call Center Concierge

$ 20k/Year  ($ 10/Hour for 40 hours of productive work per week)  Remote Position   Long-term

As a remote Call Center Concierge, you will be expected to speak with customers in a fast-paced, web-based call center. Our concierge agents must have outstanding communication skills, exceptional English, a friendly personality, and reliable high-speed internet.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking for Call Center Concierges that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Call customers to schedule appointments

Maintain web-based records

Work in tandem with the concierge team through Skype

Work an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute break

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

 
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Required Education and Experience:

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Perfect English - American Accent

+1 year working in a call center

+1 year working remotely

Excellent English grammar

General computer skills; ability to type, navigate the Internet, and use Skype

Must be able to work during the night and weekend shift

Reliable high-speed Internet

Computer with microphone

Quiet setting with little to no background noise to perform calls

Requirements that make you eligible for upward mobility:

Some college, college in progress, or a college degree

Fluency in Spanish or a second language

 
 
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
 

You will develop your communication skills while interacting with customers every day.

You will learn to multitask as you may find yourself immersed in various tasks. On a typical day, you will be calling customers, keeping records and scheduling appointments.

    Call Center Concierges are expected to achieve a primary weekly goal of 100% Quality and SLA (service level agreements). Secondary metrics can include NPS (Net Promoter Score), and number of Calls.

    To a Sales Manager or SVP
