While we appear similar to many software Private Equity firms, there are key differences. Our primary focus is on acquiring a large number of smaller companies each year. We fully integrate these businesses into our ecosystem making extensive use of centralized shared services, systems, and processes. This enables huge economies of scale that these smaller businesses could never achieve on their own.

Reporting to the Group CFO, the Director of Corporate Development will primarily focus on sourcing deals from venture and private equity funds. You will build an exhaustive database of these funds and network regularly in person, via phone, or email as appropriate. Our ultimate goal is to be aware and get our group a look or an “at-bat” each and every single time that a venture or private equity backed enterprise software business is for sale. Once identified, you will work with our valuation, legal, and integration teams to quarterback the deal all the way through to close.
5+ years experience in Private Equity
Extensive experience in Venture Capital
Experience in Enterprise Software / SaaS
Extensive experience with building target M&A databases
Extensive experience marketing into M&A databases via a variety of channels (phone, email, events, etc.)
Experience in valuation and M&A deal execution, specifically the integration of financial teams from acquisitions
MUST be US based
