Description

You’re a machine when it comes to precision. You see a missing contract term, a misaligned entitlement, or a pricing inconsistency, and it bothers you until it's fixed. You aren’t here to "help Sales" with whatever they need; you are here to ensure that when it’s time to renew a deal, the right contracts, quotes, and documents are fully locked, loaded, and legally compliant. Zero errors, zero drama, zero surprises.

While the rest of the software industry tries to make Sales Ops a catch-all support function, we’re doing the opposite. This is a high-volume, enterprise-grade renewal engine that is built to support multiple software businesses at once, with no room for sloppiness or delay. You won't be babysitting one territory or fighting endless discount negotiations. Instead, you’ll be part of a precision team that delivers exactly what Sales needs to retain revenue: airtight records, fully validated quotes, and buttoned-up contracts, all under real deadlines. It’s structured, it’s relentless, and it’s a real skill accelerator if you can keep up.

This is not a “strategy and insights” role. It's an execution role — your job is to catch errors before they cost us money, block bad deals from sneaking through, and make sure Sales has no excuse not to close. If you hate repetition, compliance rules, or moving fast without cutting corners, this isn’t for you. If you thrive on structured chaos, love crossing ten things off your list before lunch, and think “perfect” is the minimum standard, you’re going to have a lot of fun here.

You’ll be joining a team built for speed, scale, and accuracy across multiple software businesses. We know what good looks like, and we’ll coach you to get there. If you’re ready for a role that treats attention to detail as a superpower instead of a nice-to-have, we want you on our team.

What you will be doing

  • Building fully validated renewal records: Pulling in the right contract terms, product entitlements, and pricing, cross-checked against CRM and ERP systems, so every deal is locked, loaded, and ready to close without a hitch
  • Producing sales-ready quotes: Assembling, reviewing, and fine-tuning quotes that are fully compliant with internal pricing models and business rules, so Sales can move fast without creating downstream problems
  • Uploading and validating legal contracts: Making sure executed agreements are properly filed, metadata is flawless, and every document meets our business and compliance standards before anything slips through the cracks

What you will NOT be doing

  • Closing deals
  • Negotiating contract terms
  • Forecasting revenue

Key responsibilities

  • Ensures renewal opportunities are fully prepared with accurate contracts, pricing, and entitlements so that sales reps have everything needed to engage customers and prevent revenue loss

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales operations or enablement role
  • Hands-on experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) in a professional setting
