Description

Aurea understands that if our customers don’t achieve long-term success, then neither will we. That’s why we want you to help our customers take advantage of our product suite to unlock long-term, sustainable business value. As for customer support, contract renewals, and everything else you didn’t sign up for? Forget about it. We want you to focus on creating and clarifying the core value of the product, enrolling the customer in the product, and partnering with them to achieve and maintain that value.

This new role is a leadership role creating processes and strategies for accelerating value realization at scale. Instead of being focused on a single (or a small set of individual) customer(s), this role will enable all customers to quickly realize product value and maintain it with modern approaches that are relevant to SaaS-based software.

What you will be doing

  • Define and continuously improve the Value Assurance process from customer onboarding through offboarding for our four core products, as well as for quarterly pilots for upcoming products and features
  • Define and monitor Value Assurance metrics and communicate opportunities to increase value realization to Aurea's leadership and sales account teams and to the customers
  • Evaluate the Value Assurance team's outputs and provide ongoing coaching to ensure we are getting better with each customer onboarding

What you will NOT be doing

  • Providing customer support. Our success team is dedicated to helping customers proactively, not reactively
  • Sales. Your job will be to maximize your customers’ business value, not their invoices

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing and executing an onboarding program for SaaS products
  • At least 3 years of experience with value realization programs
  • At least 3 years of experience presenting value realization programs and performance to C-level customer executives
