What you will be doing

  • Enhance customer interactions by utilizing AI for swift issue resolution, personalized engagement, and insightful feedback analysis.
  • Boost product usage through AI-powered recommendations, virtual support, and tailored user experiences.
  • Drive growth by refining customer success strategies focused on upselling and minimizing churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing new customer acquisitions
  • Managing technical support inquiries
  • Involvement in product development

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize AI to enhance customer retention, engagement, and growth by proactively meeting customer needs, personalizing interactions, and identifying upselling prospects.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success within the B2B software domain
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
