What you will be doing

  • Transform Customer Interactions: Deploy AI solutions to streamline issue resolution, craft data-informed check-ins, and convert feedback into actionable intelligence
  • Elevate Product Adoption: Implement AI-powered recommendation engines, virtual assistance protocols, and personalized user experiences to deepen client engagement
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and capitalize on AI-revealed upsell opportunities while continuously refining success strategies to minimize churn and maximize client value

What you will NOT be doing

  • Hunting for new business or participating in initial customer acquisition campaigns
  • Serving as a technical support specialist or managing the support ticket queue
  • Engaging in product engineering or development activities

Key responsibilities

  • Champion customer loyalty and business expansion by harnessing AI technologies to anticipate client needs, deliver personalized experiences, and strategically identify and secure upsell opportunities that drive mutual growth

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience within the B2B software ecosystem
  • Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI platforms and tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard)
