Description

Break free from the reactive mold and lead the charge in AI-driven customer success. As a Client Engagement Manager at IgniteTech, you'll leverage cutting-edge technology to anticipate and fulfill customer needs, transforming every interaction into a growth opportunity.

What you will be doing

  • Utilize AI for efficient issue resolution, personalized check-ins, and feedback analysis to enhance communication.
  • Drive product engagement through AI-driven recommendations and personalized user experiences.
  • Optimize customer success strategies to drive growth and minimize churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Acquiring new customers
  • Handling technical support tickets
  • Product development

Key responsibilities

Leverage AI to increase customer retention, engagement, and business growth by proactively addressing customer needs and unlocking upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer success experience in the B2B software industry
  • Previous experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard)
