At IgniteTech, our AI systems continuously scan for adoption gaps, detect early churn signals, forecast renewals with precision, and identify expansion opportunities before they're obvious. This isn't about sending friendly check-in emails or hoping for renewals—it's about leveraging predictive intelligence to transform customer relationships into strategic growth assets.

This role places you at the intersection of artificial intelligence and executive influence. You'll command a portfolio of high-value accounts where your success is measured in retention percentages, expansion revenue, and advocacy metrics—not activity reports or meeting counts.

What you will be doing

  • Leverage our proprietary AI insights to craft and execute data-backed customer success strategies that directly impact retention and growth metrics
  • Lead high-stakes strategic discussions with C-suite stakeholders, positioning IgniteTech's AI solutions as critical to their business outcomes
  • Identify and capitalize on AI-detected expansion opportunities, translating data signals into revenue conversations that drive account growth

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing new logos or cold prospecting—your focus is extracting maximum value from existing strategic relationships
  • Managing technical support tickets or serving as tier-one customer service—our specialized teams handle those functions
  • Contributing to product development cycles—your domain is customer strategy and value realization

Key responsibilities

Drive measurable business growth by transforming AI-generated insights into strategic action plans that enhance customer retention, maximize product adoption, and create compelling expansion opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven customer success experience in B2B software environments with demonstrable impact on retention metrics
  • Practical experience utilizing generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Bard) in professional contexts
