What you will be doing

  • Develop and refine solutions for complex, diverse challenges across a vast array of enterprise software products.
  • Collaborate with a global team to elevate Trilogy's customer support reputation through innovative problem-solving.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending months to understand the basics; expect to master several products within weeks.
  • Depending on managerial guidance for every hurdle; autonomy and self-direction are key.
  • Handling mundane, repetitive support tasks; our AI manages the routine, freeing you for the extraordinary.

Candidate requirements

  • Fluency in German
  • At least 2 total years of experience in a technical customer support or engineering role
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor) in a professional setting
