What you will be doing

  • Igniting curiosity and inspiring a limitless mindset in students through engaging, peer-level connections.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Falling into the routine of traditional educational methods; no stuffy lectures or rigid lesson plans. You're neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.
  • Overlooking the importance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
  • Limiting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the power of technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject
  • A proven track record of exceptional achievement and high performance, such as academic scholars (National Merit, Fulbright), competitive athletes (Division I, Olympians), competition champions (chess, debate, science fairs), or similar.
  • Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
  • A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
  • Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work in-person in Miami, FL
