What you will be doing

- 🎓 Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into learning catalysts
- 📚 Create game-changing playbooks that set the gold standard for educational facilitation
- 💫 Coach and mentor Guides through regular, impact-focused feedback sessions
- 🌟 Lead by example as you mentor a select group of students, showcasing the art of exceptional coaching

Key responsibilities
Your Core Mission: Elevate our Guide team to deliver educational excellence that sets new industry standards. You'll be the architect of their success, ensuring every Guide masters the Alpha system and delivers unprecedented student outcomes.
Candidate requirements
Your Success Blueprint:
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree (any field - we value diverse perspectives)
- ⭐ 5+ years crushing it in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
- 🚀 Track record of launching and scaling innovative educational initiatives
- 👥 Proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
- 🧑🤝🧑 Meaningful experience working with students aged 5-18
- 📊 Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- 📍 Ready to make your mark in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL
