What you will be doing

  • Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
  • Design and develop comprehensive playbooks that become the blueprint for educational excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement through strategic coaching and actionable feedback
  • Showcase your expertise by personally mentoring a select group of students

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans - we've got the tech covered; your focus is on developing outstanding facilitators
  • Compromising on excellence - our 100% standard is non-negotiable
  • Running conventional training sessions - think dynamic, interactive, and transformative development experiences

Key responsibilities

Lead and elevate our Guide team to deliver unparalleled educational experiences through masterful implementation of the Alpha system.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder with a passion for educational innovation
  • 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
  • Track record of developing groundbreaking educational initiatives
  • Natural leader with a talent for building and inspiring high-achieving teams
  • Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ready to join us in Austin, Texas (relocation support available)
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
