What you will be doing

<li>Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform talented educators into exceptional Alpha Guides</li>
<li>Design and implement comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices and ensure consistent excellence in learning facilitation</li>
<li>Deliver high-impact, data-driven coaching that measurably improves Guide performance and student outcomes</li>
<li>Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies</li>
</ul>
What you will NOT be doing
<ul>
<li>Create traditional lesson plans - our technology-driven system handles the curriculum, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators</li>
<li>Compromise on excellence - we maintain rigorous standards (100% mastery), and you'll ensure they're consistently met</li>
<li>Conduct passive, lecture-style training sessions - your development approach will be dynamic, interactive, and results-driven</li>
</ul>
Key responsibilities
Drive transformative educational outcomes by developing and leading a team of elite Guides who consistently deliver exceptional student achievement through the Alpha learning system.
Candidate requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree (field open)</li>
<li>5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching leadership</li>
<li>Track record of developing innovative educational programs and training initiatives</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams</li>
<li>Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18)</li>
<li>Strong data analysis skills with metrics-driven decision making</li>
<li>Must be available to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL</li>
<li>Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship</li>
