What you will be doing
- Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
- Develop Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, design engaging learning activities, and address challenges
- Offer regular, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
- Mentor a small group of students directly, showcasing expert coaching and motivational techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Crafting lesson plans – your Guides will facilitate learning through adaptive apps; your role is to train them to be outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – if our passing grade is 100%, it's your responsibility to uphold that standard
- Delivering mundane training – you'll engage Guides in dynamic, energetic, hands-on development sessions
Key responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with excellence.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
- Skilled in data analysis and using metrics to inform decision-making and drive ongoing improvement.
- Willing to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
