What you will be doing

  • Engineer AI-powered assessments that align with rigorous educational standards and drive personalized learning
  • Develop AI-assisted rubrics to evaluate and enhance the quality of our entire learning ecosystem
  • Analyze learning data to identify knowledge gaps and collaborate on curriculum improvements
  • Apply learning science principles to refine our instructional approach and assessment strategies
  • Contribute to our 'second brain' knowledge-sharing system, fostering continuous improvement across the organization

What you will NOT be doing

  • Manually creating test content or curriculum materials - you'll leverage AI tools for all content creation
  • Developing code or technical systems - our engineering team handles the technical implementation
  • Working in isolation - you'll be a key collaborator across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Maintaining outdated assessment methods - you'll be at the cutting edge of AI-driven educational measurement

Key responsibilities

Drive the development of AI-powered, psychometrically sound assessments that not only measure but actively enhance learning outcomes, while leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve our entire educational ecosystem.

Candidate requirements

  • PhD in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, or related field
  • Proven expertise in assessment design, standardized testing, or educational data analysis
  • Strong grasp of learning science principles and mastery-based learning approaches
  • Proficiency with AI tools in educational content development
  • User-centric mindset with sharp critical evaluation skills
  • Exceptional collaborative abilities and cross-functional teamwork experience
