What you will be doing

<ul> <li>Lead proactive maintenance initiatives across our state-of-the-art campus, ensuring optimal functionality of all facilities and systems</li> <li>Execute precise facility inspections and maintenance protocols for critical systems including HVAC, electrical, and fire safety</li> <li>Manage and coordinate with top-tier vendors for specialized repairs while handling minor fixes independently</li> <li>Provide expert technical support for campus-wide systems, from WiFi infrastructure to hardware maintenance</li> <li>Implement preventive maintenance strategies to maintain operational excellence</li> </ul>

What you will NOT be doing

<ul> <li>Handle basic janitorial duties - we have dedicated staff for that</li> <li>Wait for systems to fail - your role is about prevention, not reaction</li> <li>Take on repairs beyond your expertise without proper support</li> </ul>

Candidate requirements

<ul> <li>Committed to working on-site at our Miami, FL campus (relocation assistance available)</li> <li>Proven track record in facilities maintenance, including hands-on experience with minor repairs</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and procurement</li> <li>Experience with facility systems inspection and maintenance protocols</li> <li>Technical troubleshooting capabilities for IT infrastructure and hardware</li> <li>Excellence in English communication, both written and verbal</li> <li>US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)</li> </ul>
