What you will be doing
- Design and conduct interactive workshops to teach students the art of building genuine social media followings.
- Mentor students on strategic content development from concept to execution with the aid of AI technology.
- Assist students in transforming their expertise into recognizable, market-ready brands.
- Educate students on evaluating meaningful metrics beyond superficial engagement.
- Facilitate connections between students and key influencers and industry leaders.

- Relying on outdated social media techniques.
- Chasing after superficial engagement metrics.
- Managing the school's social media profiles.
- Getting entangled in routine administrative tasks.

Candidate requirements
- Proven expertise in managing social media, creating compelling content, and engaging audiences for individuals or brands.
- Experience in fostering and nurturing online communities.
- In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and effective practices.
- Practical experience with content creation tools and AI platforms.
- Exceptional coaching skills, particularly in motivating Gen Z students.
- Successful track record in establishing a strong personal online presence.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX, with relocation support.
