At 2 Hour Learning, we've cracked the code on accelerated learning - our students achieve twice the results in just two hours daily through our AI-powered, mastery-based approach. Now we need a strategic powerhouse to take our proven model to the next level and become the face of this educational revolution.

This role isn't about theorizing from the sidelines - it's about leading from the frontlines. You'll be the architect of our academic future, translating cutting-edge learning science into real-world results while inspiring teams, stakeholders, and the broader educational community to reimagine what's possible in education.

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement revolutionary academic frameworks that bridge the gap between learning science theory and practical application
  • Drive excellence through rigorous academic execution reviews, ensuring consistent high performance across all school teams
  • Conduct comprehensive academic ecosystem analyses to identify and eliminate barriers to accelerated learning
  • Orchestrate strategic alignment across the organization to maintain laser focus on student achievement
  • Serve as our academic thought leader and change agent, from conference keynotes to high-stakes meetings with education policymakers

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting lost in isolated curriculum experiments that don't drive organizational transformation
  • Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes
  • Avoiding direct accountability by over-delegating performance management
  • Making cases based on reputation rather than demonstrated results

Key responsibilities

Lead the evolution and scaling of our groundbreaking academic model by harmonizing execution across multiple schools, establishing world-class leadership standards, and championing our science-backed approach to accelerated learning on the global stage.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech environments with demonstrable exceptional outcomes
  • Proven success in leveraging AI/technology to enhance learning effectiveness
  • Established thought leadership presence through speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles
  • Excellence in performance management and ability to drive high standards among senior professionals
  • Expert-level ability to translate learning data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across students, parents, and educational leaders

Nice to have

  • Entrepreneurial experience in founding or leading innovative educational ventures
  • Demonstrated success in diverse educational environments across cultural and geographic boundaries
  • Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles and Bloom's 2 Sigma research
