At 2 Hour Learning, we've cracked the code on accelerated learning through AI-powered tutoring and mastery-based progression, enabling students to achieve twice the results in just two hours daily.

As our Director of Learning Strategy, you'll be the architect of academic excellence and the voice of educational innovation. This role goes beyond traditional academic leadership - you'll be the driving force behind a learning revolution that's already showing extraordinary results. We need someone who can transform scientific principles into operational excellence while inspiring a global movement in education.

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement cutting-edge academic frameworks that bridge the gap between learning science theory and daily educational practice
  • Orchestrate high-stakes academic performance reviews, ensuring our network of schools maintains exceptional standards
  • Conduct comprehensive academic ecosystem analyses, identifying critical improvement areas and implementing strategic solutions
  • Spearhead strategic initiatives that keep our entire organization laser-focused on accelerated learning outcomes
  • Be our academic ambassador, from delivering compelling keynotes to negotiating with education ministries, driving global education reform

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting lost in isolated curriculum experiments that don't scale across our network
  • Producing theoretical research papers that don't translate to real-world student achievement
  • Avoiding direct accountability by creating layers of management buffer
  • Using academic credentials alone to win over skeptics - we believe in proving our success through results

Key responsibilities

Your mission is to amplify and standardize 2 Hour Learning's revolutionary academic approach across our growing network of schools. You'll establish rigorous leadership benchmarks, ensure consistent execution, and become the authoritative voice of our evidence-based educational transformation.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated 7+ year leadership track record in academic or EdTech environments with quantifiable learning outcome improvements
  • Substantial experience leveraging AI and technology to enhance learning efficiency
  • Established thought leadership presence through speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles
  • Exceptional talent management capabilities with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Expert-level proficiency in educational data analysis and intervention design
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across the educational ecosystem

Nice to have

  • Entrepreneurial experience in founding or leading innovative educational institutions or EdTech ventures
  • Cross-cultural competency in diverse educational environments and policy landscapes
  • Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles, particularly Bloom's 2 Sigma research
