Managing Director $400,000USD/year ($200 USD/hour)

Description

Think most CEOs are just puffed-up figureheads with little substance? Well, you're in for a surprise.

Welcome to a CEO track that values fresh perspectives over traditional experience. Here, you’ll step into the role of a dynamic, customer-centric CEO, steering a diverse portfolio of over 100 software products.

Who You Are

You're not a conventional CEO, and that's precisely why you're perfect for this role. Typically, being a CEO means endless cycles of team building and managing internal logistics, but your talents deserve more than that mundane treadmill.

You're sharp, concise, and have a wealth of experience in SaaS without the burden of outdated leadership paradigms. You're poised to become the leader that smart, innovative employees have been waiting for, and this role is your springboard.

As a generative AI aficionado, you've harnessed tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard to revolutionize manual workflows. No software development background needed.

You're already crafting a strong personal brand, understanding its value and the effort it requires. We’ll support you in amplifying it further.

You've led teams through pivotal product launches and have been instrumental in transitions from Seed to Series A/B. You're adept at rallying customers around new features and leveraging metrics like net dollar retention to track success.

What you will be doing

  • Driving AI-powered efficiency: Leverage generative AI tools to enhance and automate workflows across the organization.
  • Engaging with customers: Gather valuable insights and feedback to refine and elevate product offerings.
  • Crafting a personal monopoly: Produce podcasts, write blog posts, and cultivate a social media presence to champion your AI-driven product portfolio.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in mundane tasks that stifle your creativity.
  • Managing teams or internal operations that detract from your strategic vision.
  • Experimenting with business models; you’ll have a tried-and-true playbook at your disposal.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the enterprise software sector.
  • Proven leadership in marketing, sales, business development, partnerships, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with generative AI, including multiple tool usage and workflow automation; mere familiarity with LLMs for basic tasks is insufficient.
  • Residency in North America, South America, or Europe.
