What you will be doing

  • Training and nurturing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
  • Developing Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, crafting engaging learning activities, and overcoming challenges
  • Providing consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
  • Directly mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting lesson plans – your role is to train Guides to facilitate student learning via adaptive apps, focusing on their development as exceptional facilitators
  • Compromising on standards – our passing threshold is 100%, and it's your responsibility to uphold that standard
  • Delivering dull training – you'll energize Guides with engaging, high-impact, hands-on development sessions

Key responsibilities

Train and cultivate a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities with a talent for building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Austin, Texas. Relocation support is provided.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
