Note: This is an in-person, full-time position that requires on-campus presence.
What you will be doing
Step into a role where you'll:
- Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
- Design and develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that become the gold standard for educational excellence
- Champion continuous improvement through strategic coaching and actionable feedback
- Lead by example as you mentor a select group of students, showcasing the power of expert facilitation

Key responsibilities
Your core mission is to cultivate and lead a team of exceptional Guides who will masterfully implement the Alpha system, setting new benchmarks in educational excellence and student achievement.
Candidate requirements
Your toolkit should include:
- A Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or similar fields
- A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
- Exceptional team leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and developing high achievers
- Significant experience working with students aged 5-18
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improvement
- Ability to work at our Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL locations
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
