What you will be doing

  • Leading daily campus operations, from fire safety to staff onboarding, creating a seamless learning experience.
  • Resolving tech challenges swiftly, managing device migrations, and being the tech guru.
  • Coordinating professional events and ensuring they succeed flawlessly.
  • Fostering trust with students, parents, and staff through effective communication and service.
  • Upholding campus safety with robust protocols and security measures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in teaching or curriculum development—your expertise lies in operations.
  • Following rigid processes or waiting for direction—this role requires proactive leadership.
  • Operating in isolation—collaboration is key to success here.
  • Performing monotonous tasks—expect diversity and meaningful challenges.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage operations confidently.
  • IT system familiarity or a keen willingness to learn.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Commitment to working on-site in Miami, FL.
