What you will be doing

  • Generating static reports or performing routine data entry tasks
  • Maintaining legacy systems or outdated manual processes
  • Working in isolation - you'll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organization-wide AI adoption

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that will transform financial decision-making, supercharge revenue generation, and revolutionize customer financial engagement, positioning Ignite as the industry leader in AI-driven finance.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in financial management, operations management, or process improvement, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions
  • Exceptional financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable AI strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to automate manual tasks and significantly boost organizational productivity
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, and the ability to create compelling, AI-enhanced dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
