What you will be doing

  • Engaging with decision-makers in customer organizations using advanced CRM tools, LinkedIn, and AI-generated scripts to deliver personalized communication at scale.
  • Facilitating customer interactions through a self-serve renewals portal, utilizing AI-driven content for assistance and stepping in when automated solutions fall short.
  • Overseeing the renewals inbox by managing customer emails, assessing AI-generated categorizations, and crafting timely, tailored responses via Salesforce.

  • Adhering to monotonous sales scripts
  • Handling customer support calls
  • Limiting yourself to selling a single, uninteresting product
