Description

Are you ready to revolutionize education, one family at a time? At Alpha, we're not just another school—we're pioneers in reimagining learning. If you're passionate about education and have a knack for meaningful conversations, this Admissions Representative role could be your calling.

Forget high-pressure sales tactics. We're looking for someone who can engage in thoughtful dialogues, helping families discover if Alpha's groundbreaking approach aligns with their educational aspirations. Your mission? To be the bridge between curious minds and our transformative learning environment.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Alpha families. You'll need to be quick on your feet, asking insightful questions to gauge fit, and painting a vivid picture of Alpha's unique offerings. It's not about persuasion—it's about illumination. Your success won't be measured by how many families you bring in, but by how well you guide them to make the right decision for their child's future.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, have a talent for distilling complex ideas into digestible information, and believe in the power of education to change lives, we want to hear from you. Join us in shaping the future of learning—one conversation at a time.

What you will be doing

  • Become a Lead Qualification Maestro: Dive into incoming inquiries, expertly assessing each family's potential fit with Alpha's unique educational approach.
  • Master the Art of Consultative Conversations: Engage in enlightening discussions with families, unraveling Alpha's educational philosophy while skillfully evaluating alignment.
  • Craft Clarity in Every Response: Address queries with precision and support, guiding without pressuring.
  • Be the Voice of Family Insights: Regularly update our knowledge base, identify trends in family concerns, and collaborate with our marketing and admissions teams to refine our messaging.

What you will NOT be doing

  • This isn't about chasing numbers. Your success isn't measured by how many leads you convert, but by how well you match the right families with Alpha's innovative approach.
  • Leave the hard sell at the door. We're not looking for aggressive pitches, but for balanced, informative conversations that truly serve our potential families.

Candidate requirements

  • A proven track record of at least 2 years in B2C or D2C consultative sales, with a focus on high-touch customer engagement.
  • The gift of gab—in the best way possible. You should have stellar communication skills that can engage, educate, and inspire parents about educational possibilities.
  • A sixth sense for qualifying leads and the ability to guide them through decision-making processes with finesse.
  • Flexibility to work remotely during US business hours (8am-8pm ET).
  • Fluency in English, with a polished and professional communication style that represents Alpha's standards.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HubSpot or similar CRM tools for efficient lead tracking and management.
