In this role, you'll be the vital link between curious families and Alpha's visionary educational model. You'll swiftly respond to inquiries, conduct insightful consultations, and guide parents through a decision-making process that prioritizes clarity over conversion. Your success won't be measured by enrollment numbers, but by the quality of your engagements and the alignment of the families you bring into our community.

What you will be doing

  • Expertly Qualify Inbound Leads: Analyze inquiries against Alpha's success profile, identifying families primed for our revolutionary approach.
  • Conduct High-Impact Consultations: Engage in thought-provoking discussions about Alpha's philosophy, addressing questions with precision and assessing mutual fit.
  • Deliver Razor-Sharp Follow-Ups: Provide clear, supportive responses to inquiries, focusing on information rather than pressure.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly update our FAQ, identify trends in family concerns, and share critical insights to refine our messaging and processes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing Enrollment Quotas: Your goal isn't to maximize conversions, but to ensure perfect alignment between families and Alpha's unique educational approach.
  • Hard Selling or Pressuring: We don't believe in aggressive pitches. Your role is to inform, guide, and match, not to persuade at all costs.
  • Overlooking Misalignments: If Alpha isn't the right fit for a family, you'll confidently communicate that, prioritizing long-term success over short-term gains.
  • Engaging in Tedious Paperwork: Your focus will be on high-value interactions, not getting bogged down in administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to be the catalyst that connects visionary families with Alpha's revolutionary educational model, ensuring a perfect alignment that sets the stage for transformative learning experiences and long-term student success.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 years in B2C or D2C consultative sales, demonstrating excellence in high-touch customer engagement.
  • Communication Virtuoso: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas, educate, and inspire parents through polished, professional dialogue.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated aptitude for lead qualification and guiding prospects through nuanced decision-making processes.
  • Availability: Committed to working remotely during US business hours (8am-8pm ET).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaker with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for efficient lead management and tracking.
