What you will be doing

  • Evaluate incoming leads to determine their fit with Alpha’s success profile.
  • Conduct consultative calls with families to discuss Alpha’s educational philosophy, address inquiries, and assess alignment.
  • Provide clear and supportive follow-up responses to questions, avoiding pressure tactics for enrollment.
  • Update FAQs regularly, identify trends in family inquiries or objections, and communicate insights to marketing and admissions to enhance messaging.

What you will NOT be doing

  • This position does not focus on converting every lead but rather on engaging families who align with Alpha’s philosophy.
  • This position is not about aggressive sales tactics; it emphasizes clear and balanced communication.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years in B2C or D2C consultative sales with strong customer engagement.
  • Outstanding communication skills that can engage, educate, and inspire parents.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and guide them through decision-making.
  • Availability to work remotely during US business hours (8am-8pm ET).
  • Fluent in English with a professional communication style.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for lead management.
